Love.

 

...can we just think about this for a second?

No really. Think about it. 

Where you invest your love, you invest your life. 

That's powerful stuff. 

I've really started to analyze this a lot the past few days. 

I started by asking myself where I invested my love. 

What are we investing our love in? Sometimes, I tend to give it all to people in my life. People that I really care about. I'm sure that's the same with a lot of other people. 

Other people invest their love in different things or careers or goals in life. 

But are all these things really where we are supposed to put every ounce of our love? 

I'm not so sure about that.

Sometimes, I think we get so caught up in all of the things of this world, that we forget who we are supposed to surrender all of our love to first and foremost.

It's not wrong to love others. Not at all.

But if we're too busy investing ourselves in other things and people..and loving God isn't THE priority? That's a problem. Every ounce of our love and every part of our life should go to no one other than Him. We have to be putting Jesus Christ FIRST in our lives. In everything.

And that.. can actually be kinda hard sometimes. 

But He wants your love. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords wants all of YOU.

Why wouldn't you invest your life in Him? Why wouldn't you give it all to God? We're talking about GOD here.

So I ask you. Where are you investing your love? Where are you investing your life?

In Him?
